- Just, Re-Check your order, click on Schedule PickUp and select your city.
- Fill in your contact details, bank accounts details and confirm pickup request.
- You'll receive order details on SMS and email.
Fast Transaction
- You'll get a verification call from our side. After that, your product will be picked up from specified location and bank transfer will be made immediately.

FAQ

1. How much time will you take to pick up the device after my order is placed?

You will get a verification call from our side to verify your order and schedule your pickup within 24 hours of Order placement

2. What will happen if the device is not in working condition/screen is damaged or bent/not working?

In such a situation, your device pickup request will be cancelled.

3. How will I be paid for my device?

The payment will be made via bank transfer (IMPS) to the bank account shared by you while placing the order.

4. Do I have to provide an ID proof to sell my device?

Yes. Government sanctioned ID proof for verification of your identity.

5. When and how will I get my money?

The device value will be transferred to your bank account (IMPS) immediately at the time of device pickup.

6. Can I re-schedule the visit?

Yes. The visit can be rescheduled.

7. Can I change the mode of payment at the time of pickup?

No. If the executive is out for pickup, the mode of payment cannot be changed. .

8. Which all device models can I sell?

Please visit the online portal to view which all brands and models we purchase.

9. Do you purchase anything else except Mobiles?

We are currently dealing in Smartphones only.

10. Do you have any pickup charges?

No. There are no pickup charges.

11. Where can I contact if I have queries related to my order?

THE WEBSITE IS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE ONLY ON THE CONDITION THAT YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. INSTANT CONSUMER TECH PRIVATE LIMITED, HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS “INSTACASH”, WHICH PROVIDES SERVICES FOR PURCHASING, RECYCLING AND/OR DONATING OF USED CONSUMER PRODUCTS (THE "BUYER SERVICES"). AIRTEL ACTS AS A PLATFORM TO ALLOW SELLERS WHO COMPLY WITH THEIR POLICIES TO SELL CERTAIN GOODS. YOU CONDUCT YOUR ACTUAL SALES AND OTHER TRANSACTIONS DIRECTLY WITH INSTACASH. IN THIS DOCUMENT BELOW "WE", "OUR", "US" IS USED FOR AIRTEL.

You certify that you are the legal owner of the gadget that you want to sell.
All initial quotes are pending on Instacash’s evaluation of your gadget and no binding offer is made until Instacash have had a chance to inspect the gadget. InstaCash reserves the right to refuse to offer to purchase any item that you offer to sell for any reason Instacash deems, in its sole discretion, to be sensible.
Should you be given a quote via our website AND upon InstaCash’s inspection of your gadget, Instacash agrees to pay you that quoted amount, you are legally and contractually bound to sell InstaCash the gadget for the price quoted via the website.
Should you be given a quote via our website and upon inspection your gadget is A) a different model than originally quoted, B) not functional, C) screen body cracked, dented or coming out, D) irremovable iCloud lock or any other irremovable OEM lock, or E) in a different condition than stated, Instacash, in instances mentioned heretofore and beyond, reserve the right to refuse the offer.
All gadgets sold must compulsorily be attached with the following documents:
1. self-attested ID-proof( government approved ) of owner of the gadget;
2. any other documents that Instacash may require.
Lawful Sales Only. You must own the right, title and all legal interest in the gadget or other articles you sell to InstaCash. Your sale and/or, shipment of any such article must not violate any law, regulation or statute of any jurisdiction. You may not unlawfully transfer or encumber any intellectual property, trademark, copyright, patent, software, license or other legal right or restriction via your shipping or selling of the picked-up article. The article you sell must be free of all legal restrictions that would affect the value of the article, restrict your legal right to transfer ownership of the article (including the article itself, softwares present on the article, or hardware on or inside the article). You must refrain from violating any export laws or restrictions. The article you sell (including all related materials, software and add on hardware) may not be counterfeited, stolen, or contain harmful or offensive content of any nature. You agree to indemnify and hold Airtel, InstaCash, our affiliates, suppliers, licensors and partners, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless, including costs, liabilities and legal fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of (i) your access to or use of Services, (ii) your violation of these Terms & Conditions,
It is also your responsibility to wipe, clean or delete data on your Gadget being sold via Airtel. You confirm that all the data in the Gadget will be erased before handing it over. You also confirm that in spite of erasing the data manually/electronically, if any data still accessible due any technical reason, Instacash shall not be responsible for the same and you will not approach Airtel or InstaCash for any retrieval of the data.
You understand once the Gadget is sold by you via InstaCash, in no scenario can this Gadget be returned back to you.
You understand that Products distributed as gifts from state sponsored or NGO funded distribution programs are not accepted on our platform.
Airtel is only a tech enabler, and any transaction on the platform and on our site will be between you and Instacash. It is expressly stated that Airtel is and will not be considered liable for any disputes arising between you and Instacash due to any transaction. Airtel gives no guaranty or warranty of the effectiveness of the transaction. Airtel shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages caused to any party due to any transaction between you and Instacash.
Airtel is only a tech enabler, and any transaction on the platform and on our site will be between you and Instacash. It is expressly stated that Airtel is and will not be considered liable for any disputes arising between you and Instacash due to any transaction. Airtel gives no guaranty or warranty of the effectiveness of the transaction. Airtel shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages caused to any party due to any transaction between you and Instacash.

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

After you have received services, InstaCash will facilitate payment of the applicable, using the preferred payment method you have designated while initiating or modifying your Account, and will send you a receipt via email at the end of each session. You understand and agree that payment will be facilitated by InstaCash using the preferred payment method you have designated while initiating or modifying your Account. If your primary account payment method is determined to not able to be charged for any reason whatsoever, you agree that InstaCash may use a secondary payment method in your account, if available.

THE SERVICES OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS

AIRTEL DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE SUITABILITY, SAFETY OR ABILITY OF THE BUYERS. IT IS SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE IF THE BUYER WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS AND EXPECTATIONS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL AIRTEL PARTICIPATE IN DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND THE BUYER. BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU MAY BE EXPOSED TO SITUATIONS INVOLVING THE BUYER BEING POTENTIALLY UNSAFE, OFFENSIVE, HARMFUL TO MINORS, OR OTHERWISE OBJECTIONABLE, AND THAT YOUR USE OF THE BUYER ARRANGED OR SCHEDULED USING THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND JUDGMENT. AIRTEL SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR TRANSACTIONS OR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE BUYER.

PLEASE NOTE:

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTY, SO THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED, IF ANY, ARE NOT AFFECTED BY THESE PROVISIONS. YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS OF USE ARE FAIR AND REASONABLE.

Whilst the trade-in process includes the trade-in of Apple Products, the trade-in services are provided by CompAsia Pte Ltd (“CompAsia”) as an independent third party. Apple Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively "Apple") are not a party to any contract between you and CompAsia and you shall have no right of action against Apple for any breach of such contract.
Any personal data collected through this website or in relation to the trade-in service shall be collected and processed by CompAsia on its own behalf and for its own benefit (not on behalf of Apple), and are subject to CompAsia’s Privacy Policy.
Apple hereby disclaims and excludes any and all warranties of any kind, express or implied. By using this website, you hereby release Apple and its respective directors, employees and agents from any disputes, claims, demands, and/or damages (actual or consequential) of every kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of, or relating to, your use of this website and CompAsia's services, including, without limitation, incomplete or completed transactions and any claims or disputes between you and CompAsia.
